Warehouse IT Support Technician

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Onsite in Round Rock, TX

Compensation: $18/hr - $20/hr

Our client, a key player in the logistics and transportation space, is looking for a Warehouse IT Support Technician to join their team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in your career!

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Supporting, troubleshooting, and fixing mission-critical warehouse applications and devices
  • Configuring devices and network components
  • Prioritizing tickets and projects in an effective and efficient manner
  • Collaborating across various teams and leadership
  • Building relationships with stakeholders

Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • 2+ years of professional IT Support experience
  • Experience providing OS and Device support (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Mobile, Printers, Scanners, Laptops, Desktops, etc.)
  • Familiarity with network configuration and protocols
  • Scripting experience is a plus (Java, VBScript, PHP, etc.)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Logistics, Transportation, and/or Warehouse IT experience is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent
