This hands-on role involves assembling, fabricating, and tuning cutting-edge generator technology to precise specifications
Key Responsibilities:
Build and refine low-volume motor systems, including coil winding, electrical connections, and mechanical testing
Assemble advanced engines, ensuring precision alignment and top performance
Work with and without schematics in early development programs
Troubleshoot and optimize engine systems for peak efficiency
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance processes
Train and mentor fellow technicians on best assembly practices
