Tech Support Specialist II
Pay Rate: $17/hr

Our client, a technology innovator in the higher education space, is searching for a Tech Support Specialist II who will be able to work on-site in New London, CT.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Refurbishing and redeploying computers
- Troubleshooting user desktop issues
- Resolving hardware break-fix issues, software, and network issues
- Aiding project managers in hard/software upgrades
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of Desktop and End user support
- Networking experience including experience with Microsoft Hyper-V server and Active Directories
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
- Associates Degree in a related field
