Key Responsibilities:

Support IT asset intake and ongoing asset lifecycle management activities

Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy

Perform software license reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and assisting with resolution

Analyze and manage asset data using Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, reconciliation)
-
Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed
-
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are documented and aligned with business needs
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Prior experience in IT asset management, software asset management, or related asset tracking roles
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, reconciliation)

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with software licensing and compliance tracking

Familiarity working in large enterprise or project-based environments
-
Relevant degree, certification, and/or equivalent professional experience
