IT Security Documentation Specialist

Compensation: Up to $62/hr (~$120k)

Location: 100% Remote

Our impressive client in the energy industry are seeking a security specialist to join their growing team. This role is fully remote.

Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • Familiarity with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cybersecurity framework.
  • Understanding of NIST guidelines and best practices for information security.
  • Hands-on experience working with Security Operations Centers (SOC).
  • Knowledge of SOC processes, procedures, and tools for monitoring and responding to security incidents.
  • Familiarity with audit processes, compliance assessments, and the ability to address audit findings effectively.
  • Understanding of NERC CIP requirements related to securing critical infrastructure in the energy sector.
  • Strong skills in technical writing, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts in clear and concise documentation.
