Senior Accounting Manager

Our client in the Fintech industry is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to join their team!
 
Location: This role will have a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite in Atlanta, GA and 2 days of remote work each week.

Compensation: $70/hour W2
 
Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Leading the general ledger function, month-end close, and provide key financial analysis for management.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
  • Leading month-end/year-end close process.
  • Performing and reviewing account reconciliations (bank, accruals, etc)
  • Preparing and posting complex journal entries (including adjusting entries).
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of financial accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet) and investigate variances.
  • Supporting financial reporting and audit preparation.
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification.
  • Expertise in general ledger, account analysis, and GAAP/IFRS.
  • Proficiency with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
  • High attention to detail, exceptional analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal.
  • Technical accounting experience is a plus.
