Software Engineer III - .NET Developer 

Pay Rate: $63.77/hr Our client is seeking a Software Engineer III (.NET Developer) to join their team! 

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to plan, execute, and deliver product enhancements and innovations.
  • Supporting domain and technical teams in solving complex business and system challenges, while also leading initiatives for technical transformation
  • Facilitating collaboration between business units and technical teams to support both existing systems and the development of new products.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • 5+ years of Software development experience in C#/.NET
  • Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Design & Analysis using C#, as well as technologies including WCF, APIs, ORM, Cloud, SOA, SaaS, and SQL-based data storage.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data from various sources to deliver actionable insights, enhance operational intelligence, and visualize customer experience trends.
  • Demonstrates a passion for building solutions and solving problems thoughtfully, strategically, and with purpose.
  • Open to learning and feedback, with a consistent track record of excellence and transparency in technical execution.
  • Strong ability to quickly grasp business strategies and operating models, applying gap analysis to develop long-term technical product roadmaps.
  • Skilled in aligning technical products and capabilities with business objectives to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Proven communicator, able to effectively articulate goals, performance metrics, and value propositions across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product development, engineering, software development, or technical solution delivery roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
