Here's what you'll be doing:
- Lead product initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, owning key areas of a SaaS platform serving operationally complex industries.
- Develop and deliver AI-enabled capabilities that improve customer workflows through automation, intelligent recommendations, data extraction, and advanced decision support.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions, analyze user feedback, and translate business challenges into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to create detailed product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and accelerate delivery.
- Establish product success metrics, leverage analytics and customer insights, and make data-informed decisions to continuously improve outcomes.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of significant product areas within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success delivering AI or machine learning-powered product features that have achieved meaningful customer adoption and business impact.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve product management workflows, including research, planning, analysis, documentation, prototyping, and decision-making.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with ambiguity, competing priorities, and a strong culture of ownership.
- Experience working within vertical SaaS, construction technology, field services, industrial technology, or other operationally intensive industries.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), intelligent document processing, workflow automation, recommendation systems, or applied AI solutions.
- Experience partnering closely with founders, executive leadership, or small product organizations.
- Knowledge of product analytics platforms and data-driven product development methodologies.
- Portfolio of AI-driven products or features with measurable customer impact.
