Fantastic opportunity with an innovative leader in healthcare services seeking an engineering professional to lead the transformation of their enterprise security infrastructure. In this role, you will elevate their cryptography platforms from baseline functionality to a fully automated ecosystem.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Architecting and maintaining a self-service portal that enables engineering and development teams to provision and request certificates.
- Developing and exposing governed APIs and plugins to allow DevOps teams to implement "zero-touch" CI/CD automation pipelines across HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, and Keyfactor.
- Standardizing cryptographic workflows across the enterprise to consolidate siloed platforms and maximize efficiency.
- Designing and driving the technical engineering roadmaps, priority timelines, and proof-of-concept initiatives for enterprise directory services.
- Serving as the premier escalation point for administration teams, providing complex troubleshooting support and automating repetitive operational tasks using PowerShell.
- Contributing leadership to strategic engineering forums, steering committees, and architectural review boards to prepare the organization for emerging industry compliance and cryptographic changes.
Here’s what our ideal candidate has:
- Professional experience managing enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), and certificate lifecycle management platforms (Keyfactor highly preferred).
- Proven engineering background in Directory Services or DevOps environments, focusing on secrets management pipelines and advanced PowerShell scripting.
- Competency deploying infrastructure as code (IaC) and securing cloud environments across major platforms (Azure/Azure KeyVault, AWS, or GCP) utilizing API integrations.

Strong history of working alongside project managers, business stakeholders, and operations teams to translate complex technical requirements into concrete IT solutions.
