Senior IT Project Manager
Our client is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join their sales, marketing, and pricing division!
Location: This role is 100% remote, but it is required that candidates are local to the EST time zone.
Compensation: $70/hour W2
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Leading enterprise IT projects related to CRM, Marketing Automation, and Pricing Tools, from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Bridging the gap between IT, Sales, Marketing, and Pricing leadership to align goals, manage expectations, and facilitate executive Steering Committee meetings.
- Overseeing relationships, contracts, and delivery from external technology vendors for commercial platforms (CRM, MarTech, Pricing).
- Proactively managing project risks, dependencies, and lead change management efforts for successful platform adoption.
- Developing project budgets, manage forecasts, track ROI, and report financial health to senior leadership.
- Providing direction and coaching to cross-functional IT and business project teams, fostering accountability and best practices (Agile/Waterfall).
- Delivering clear, concise, and executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and strategic outcomes.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 5+ years managing projects specifically in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing Technology environments.
- Proven success with large-scale, enterprise-level implementations of CRM, Marketing Automation, and Pricing Platforms (such as Salesforce, Marketo, PROS, etc.).
- Expert knowledge of PMI methodologies and project lifecycle best practices.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy, pricing models, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and executive-level presentation skills.
- Experience in the supply chain, retail, distribution, and/or manufacturing industries is a plus.
