Our client is a leader in the automotive industry and they are seeking a Senior Director of Solution Delivery to join their team!
Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (A few days in an Atlanta-based office each month and remote work the remainder of the month)

Our client is a leader in the automotive industry and they are seeking a Senior Director of Solution Delivery to join their team!
Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (A few days in an Atlanta-based office each month and remote work the remainder of the month)
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Leading the Agile Delivery Stream and overseeing the Agile ecosystem as a whole with multiple scrum and release teams
- Driving the Agile mindset, both strategic and tactical, for a transforming organization through continuous improvement
- Partnering with executive-level teams across product, technology, architecture and business leadership
- 10+ years of experience of facilitating delivery in an Agile environment
- Experience as an Agile Leader or Solution Delivery leader at a Director-level
- Experience driving continuous improvement
- Experience driving an Agile Transformation (SAFe or Kanban preferred)
