Senior Avaya Engineer
Location: Hybrid in Orlando FL
Pay Rate: $45 - $55 per hour
One of our top clients is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Avaya Engineer to join their team!
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Developing a comprehensive migration plan to transition from CM5 environment to CM8 environment (CM=Call Manager).
- Providing expert support for Avaya systems, including both physical and virtual setups.
- Utilizing your design expertise to handle Avaya administration, implementations, and related tasks.
- Proficiently managing ESNA voicemail services.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience in Avaya administration, implementations, and support.
- Familiarity with Call Manager 5 and Call Manager 8 platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing successful Avaya system migrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
