Civil Litigation Attorney
Salary Range: $140,000 – $200,000 + bonus

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Civil Litigation Attorney seeking to take ownership of a diverse caseload while contributing to high-impact legal work. The role offers the chance to lead cases from inception through resolution, collaborate with a talented legal team, and further develop trial and litigation strategy expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Independently manage a full caseload of civil litigation matters, with a focus on insurance defense
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Develop case strategies and provide guidance to clients and junior attorneys
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery-related documents
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
Our ideal candidate has:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Colorado (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in insurance defense (e.g., auto, premises, general liability)
- Strong trial experience and courtroom presence preferred
- Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills, with strong attention to detail and organization
