About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of mission-critical applications within a public sector environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications across Salesforce, MuleSoft, SQL Server, and Oracle environments
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Perform code analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancements on existing systems
- Develop and support APIs and integrations across enterprise platforms
- Participate in full SDLC activities including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and technology standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Lead Developer on Salesforce implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, LWC preferred)
- Experience with MuleSoft and API/integration development
- Strong SQL experience (SQL Server and/or Oracle)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (no visa or sponsorship available)
