Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to join a high-performing technical team dedicated to a large-scale Enterprise Regulatory & Licensing platform. This role is critical in supporting mission-critical operations through the development of new modules, enhancing highly customized functionality, and maintaining rigorous technical documentation.
You will work within an Agile environment to write, edit, and review Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code within a sophisticated, multi-integrated Salesforce ecosystem.
What You Will Do:
- Write and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for a streamlined user experience.
- Manage complex integrations via real-time, batch, and sync/async processes using SOAP-based web services and middleware.
- Utilize tools like Data Loader, Excel Connector, and DemandTools to ensure data integrity across relational databases.
- Translate complex user requirements into functional business logic and test scenarios.
Required Skills & Background:
- 5+ years of programming experience with a strong grasp of Salesforce Architecture and APIs.
- Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Java or C#.
- Robust understanding of relational databases and scripted data loading.
- Proven success working in collaborative development teams while remaining self-motivated and results-driven.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Salesforce Developer Certification.
- Prior experience with large-scale government or regulatory management systems.
