Our client, an finance industry leader, is searching for a Sales Analyst to administer and apply incentive plans, supporting Workforce.
This is a contract opportunity that will greatly expand your skillset, focusing on data management, reporting, and process improvement, and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Developing, maintaining, and modifying incentive plans.
Tracking and analyzing incentive plans and SPIF programs.
Ensuring accurate incentive plan crediting and contracting quota eligibility calculation.
Handling and resolving incentive discrepancies.
Identifying and implementing value-added solutions and metrics.
Performing complex data analysis using multiple databases.
Gathering and prioritizing business requirements from various sources.
Providing credible recommendations to management.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in a business or related field.
2+ years of financial and/or revenue analysis experience.
Experience in incentive plan support, analysis, and administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Product Suite, with advanced. Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
