We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment for our client. This role will focus on integrating enterprise platforms such as CXOne and Salesforce, while also supporting implementations and enhancements across ServiceNow and Workday ecosystems.

About This Role
- 12-month contract (potential for extension)
- Candidates local to Denver, CO will be prioritized over remote
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days/month (in office Tues/Wed/Thur only on the 2nd week of the month)
- Office location: Downtown Denver
- Target Pay Rate: $50.00/hr W2
- Full-time hours, not a part-time contract
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise platform implementations, upgrades, and integrations (including ServiceNow and Workday)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to define requirements, scope, and success criteria
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Support integrations across platforms including CXOne, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Workday
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks
- Develop mitigation strategies and maintain clear issue tracking and documentation
- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance delivery speed and quality
- Ensure all solutions align with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and organizational security policies
- Maintain detailed project documentation, dashboards, and status reporting
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, performance metrics, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferable in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of managing ServiceNow and Workday implementations and enhancements
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow and Workday architecture, APIs, and integration methods
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, and/or ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindsets with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Local to Denver, CO and able to come in hybrid
- Experience working with large healthcare organizations or systems
- Knowledge of patient engagement platforms and digital health solutions
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
