Job Description
Project Manager - Process Improvement
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to $85k
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Setting project timeline - Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the budget, timeline, and scope.
- Team collaboration and applying process improvement within the Lean Six Sigma framework
- Managing 10+ projects at a time
- Effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members
- Coaching and supporting project team members with tasks you assign them
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years of Process Improvement experience following LSSGB methodologies
- Healthcare experience is preferred
