This is not a traditional delivery-focused PM role; instead, you will act as a high-level investigator and strategist. You will be tasked with mapping out complex technical processes to help senior leadership make informed, multi-million dollar decisions regarding AI security and global certificate management. For a professional who excels at technical documentation and has the confidence to present to executive leadership, this role offers high visibility and the potential for long-term career conversion.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into two high-priority areas: Global Certificate Rotation Management and AI Data Standards (DC3).
- Partner with key technical contacts to meticulously document existing procedures, governance structures, and security controls across a complex Microsoft-centric environment.
- Synthesize vast amounts of technical data into a holistic view for senior leadership, culminating in a formal proposal that will define the organization's "Future State" strategy.
- Help prepare the organization for a fast-tracked shift in digital security durations and ensure robust standards are in place for the expansion of protected AI tools.
- Navigate multiple governing bodies within the technology organization to gather project sizing, identify security gaps, and ensure audit-ready deliverables.
Here’s what our ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of total experience, ideally starting with a strong foundation in Business Analysis (mapping processes, documenting requirements) before moving into Project Management.
- A Technology First" background is essential. You should be comfortable navigating technical organizations and understanding data security, even if you aren't an expert in AI or Certificates.
- Exceptional ability to create flowcharts, process manuals, and executive-level presentations that are clear, concise, and professional.
- The ability to drive conversations with subject matter experts (SMEs), stay on top of deadlines, and present findings to SVPs with confidence.
