About the Role
Our Client is a Municipal Government and is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead enterprise technology initiatives supporting the County's multi-year digital transformation strategy. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) implementations, application upgrades, cloud initiatives, and enterprise technology projects while partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, procurement, and technical teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven Project Manager who thrives in large enterprise environments and can immediately take ownership of multiple concurrent initiatives with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple enterprise IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and status reporting.
- Lead requirements gathering, scope definition, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis.
- Coordinate vendors, business units, technical teams, and executive stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, change requests, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Prepare procurement documentation, project documentation, and executive communications.
- Drive successful implementations of COTS solutions, system upgrades, cloud migrations, and enterprise applications.
- Mentor junior Project Managers and promote PMO best practices.
- Ensure projects align with County strategic objectives and governance standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Certification
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects
- Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies
- Experience implementing enterprise applications in corporate or government environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and vendors
- Ability to pass FDLE background screening and fingerprinting
- Government or Public Sector experience
