- Hybrid candidates preferred: on-site Tues/Wed/Thur on the 2nd week of the month, rest of the time remote

Project Scope 1) Finance-Focused AI Initiative (50%)
Lead the design and delivery of an enterprise-scale, AI-powered Supplier Spend Intelligence platform that enhances:

Cost transparency

Supplier performance tracking

Strategic sourcing decisions
You will coordinate cross-functional teams to transform fragmented financial and procurement data into actionable insights using advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation.

Cross-functional delivery across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Data teams

Risk, schedule, and budget management
2) Legal Document Management Migration (50%)
Lead the migration of a department-wide legacy, on-premise document repository to a modern cloud-based platform using iManage.
Responsibilities include:

Document extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) planning
-
Validation and integrity assurance (100% document accuracy)
-
Compliance with retention policies and audit requirements
-
Vendor oversight and SOW enforcement
-
Legacy system decommissioning
-
Stakeholder coordination across Legal Operations and IT
This is a highly visible initiative requiring both technical depth and executive presence.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership
-
Own end-to-end delivery of both initiatives
-
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans
-
Drive disciplined execution and ensure alignment with business objectives
-
Maintain RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and executive communications
-
Lead cutover planning and change management activities
-
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal standards
-
Act as liaison between technical teams (Architecture, Security, IT Operations) and business units (Finance, Legal)
-
Capture and validate business requirements
-
Translate technical constraints into clear business impacts
-
Manage project budgets (CapEx/OpEx tracking)
-
Support expense reporting and project change requests (PCRs)
-
Monitor funding utilization and forecast variances
-
Manage external migration and implementation partners
-
Ensure deliverables meet contractual SOW requirements
-
Coordinate onboarding and allocation of internal resources
-
Maintain project artifacts in SharePoint, JIRA, and related systems
-
Ensure transparency and documentation integrity throughout the lifecycle
Required Qualifications
-
8+ years of IT Project Management experience
-
Proven experience delivering finance, procurement, ERP, or enterprise integration initiatives
-
Experience leading document management or large-scale data migration projects
-
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes
-
Experience managing enterprise IT budgets and change controls
-
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
