They are seeking a Program Manager to join their team! 

Here' s what you' ll be doing:
  • Managing  regional programs and/or projects
  • Managing  project budget and business case processes from ideation through approval
  • Overseeing entire security remediation 
  • Assuring  proper portfolio/project/program management processes, discipline, operational rigor and rhythm is well established (Specific activities will include: acceptance & gate review processes, integrated schedule management, dependency management, communication planning, scope & change control, risks & Issues management, knowledge management, portfolio prioritization management and resource management)
  • Following-up with project teams to perform proper assessment and measurement thought well established KPIs, ensuring  goals are clear and best practices are being applied
  • Identifying, designing and executing  enhancements to PMO organization, as well as project, program and portfolio governance, discipline and best practices
  • Providing  expertise and coaching regarding project management when needed
  • Continuously disseminating  and clarifying project and program management best practices
  • Active participation in problem analysis and resolution
  • Preparing  Executive-level presentations and communications
  • Performing analysis on results and use data to derive conclusions. Communicate analysis to key stakeholders using a clear approach and recommendation of valid solutions

Here' s what our ideal candidate has:
  • A bachelor’ s degree or higher
  • 7 +  years of professional work experience with a proven ability to manage complex projects and programs
  • Well-developed leadership and project/program management capabilities with demonstrated success completing multiple cross-functional and cross-cultural projects
  • Experience in a Matrix  environment
  • Experience in a global company – desired 
  • PMP Certification – desired  
  • Background in Program Management and Organizational Change Management
  • Knowledge of  security characteristics and terminology 
  • Ability to work independently and/or effectively with diverse, cross cultural teams across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Ability to negotiate and influence key personnel across multiple business units, while influencing positive change through awareness, understanding, acceptance and engagement
  • Strong facilitation, oral communication, and written communication skills
  • Focus on metrics relevant to initiative and providing value to customers
  • Ability to perform structured qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to deal with conflict and multiple constituencies and manage multiple simultaneous objectives is imperative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS-Project)
  • Broad experience, strong Program Management skills, and working across a matrixed environment
  • Ability to figure out how to remove issues and blockers across a complex organization
  • A self-starter attitude,  full of drive and ability to self- navigate to pull the right people together to move things forward
  • Excellent people change management skills
  • Security experience is preferred, but not required (change management and ability to work across org. to remove blockers is critical)
  • Expertise in program management and flexible to work with teams leveraging different methodologies (agile, waterfall)
  • Abilty  to coach/guide/mentor peers and strong influencing skills
  • Experience with Aha!, Jira, ORCL OTL all a plus (equivalent tool experience is fine)
