As a Production Technician III, you will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot, test, repair, and refurbish servers, disk arrays, and related equipment. This role offers hands-on experience, growth opportunities, and collaboration in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Troubleshooting and repairing servers, storage arrays, and peripherals across multiple OEM platforms.
Performing technical support, including diagnostics and problem resolution, for field engineers and internal teams.
Conducting system testing, software loading, and configuration to meet customer specifications.
Assisting with disassembly and refurbishment of hardware into spare parts for service contracts.
Collaborating on cross-training plans, process improvements, and technical problem-solving initiatives.
Here’s what our ideal candidate has:
5–7 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting, repair, and diagnostics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Server and Windows products; familiarity with disk storage hardware/software.
Certifications such as A+, Server+, or Network+ preferred; knowledge of CLI, Unix, or Red Hat is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and travel up to 10%.
Strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive learning attitude.
