We are looking for a technical, and collaborative Product Manager to bridge the gap between "big ideas" and actionable implementation. In this role, you will own the product backlog, partner closely with Engineering Managers to plan development cycles, and navigate a complex stakeholder landscape to ensure we are delivering high-value solutions.

What You Will Do
- Create, maintain, and sequence backlog items to align perfectly with business goals.
- Write detailed user stories with clear, testable Acceptance Criteria that allow engineering to execute without ambiguity.
- Act as the daily point of contact for developers to clarify requirements and remove functional blockers in real-time.
- Review completed work against acceptance criteria and make the final "go/no-go" call on work items.
- Partner with leadership to define mid-to-long-term roadmaps based on team velocity and technical feasibility.
- Communicate release statuses and manage expectations when market shifts require a change in priority.
- Proactively identify and implement ways to optimize the feature development process.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience, specifically leading grooming, planning, and review sessions.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, GNSS, and the constraints of complex technical products.
- An understanding of Agriculture or Construction workflows and market cycles is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Jira or Aha!.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
