Senior Product Manager (Digital Healthcare Platform)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension

They are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a growing digital product organization supporting mission-critical healthcare technology initiatives. This fully remote contract opportunity offers the chance to influence product strategy, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver impactful digital solutions that improve the experience of both patients and care providers. The ideal candidate is an action-oriented product leader who thrives in highly collaborative environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Define and execute product strategy by establishing product roadmaps, measurable objectives, and priorities that align with business goals.
- Partner with engineering, UX, research, compliance, and business stakeholders to transform user needs into scalable digital solutions while ensuring regulatory and quality requirements are met.
- Lead product delivery by managing backlogs, prioritizing features and enhancements, refining user stories, facilitating planning activities, and coordinating cross-functional dependencies.
- Leverage customer research, product analytics, and performance metrics to validate product decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure success against defined outcomes.
- Foster collaboration across technical and business teams while communicating product direction, progress, and results to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager delivering digital products in a regulated industry such as healthcare, biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar FDA-regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies, including backlog management, user story development, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into customer-focused product solutions using data-driven decision making and measurable objectives.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across engineering, design, operations, compliance, and executive leadership teams.
- Experience utilizing product analytics, customer research, usability feedback, and performance metrics to guide product strategy and continuous improvement.
