Responsibilities

Own and manage products throughout the full lifecycle: discovery, recommendation, development, and implementation

Conduct competitive and market research (up to 50% initially) to identify new business opportunities, particularly within:

Develop written business cases and recommendation artifacts outlining:

Market opportunity

Competitive landscape

Financial upside and credible market share

Path to market within 12 months

Act as Product Owner to execute approved initiatives through development and launch

Partner with Project Management to:

Define scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets

Drive milestones and deliverables

Ensure effective change management

Provide day-to-day direction to cross-functional teams

Establish and maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels

Prepare and present documentation, status updates, budgets, and executive-level materials

Take products from ideation to market deployment with measurable revenue impact
Required Qualifications
-
Senior-level Product Management experience managing products end-to-end
-
Demonstrated experience where competitive landscape analysis was a core responsibility
-
Proven ability to take initiatives from concept to market launch
-
Experience managing multiple projects over extended timelines
-
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
-
Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
-
Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word

Experience operating at scale within a $100M+ business unit
- Comfortable leading without relying heavily on Agile/Scrum frameworks
