Product Director
Location: Denver, CO but primarily remote.
*If not local to Denver, candidates must be willing to travel to Denver, CO at least once per quarter.
Our client is seeking a strategic Product Director to lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide IT programs!
Here is what you will be doing:
- Developing a clear product strategy for the Salesforce platform that aligns with the company's business goals. Your work will directly impact areas like business development, contact center experiences, and stakeholder engagement by leveraging capabilities like Agentic AI, core CRM, personalization, and digital outreach.
- Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering with engineering, UI/UX, and other teams to build and launch successful products.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, using their feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Working closely with business and stakeholder teams to understand their needs and showcase the potential of the company's Salesforce capabilities.
- Using data and key performance indicators to measure success and ensuring your work is calibrated to Objectives & Key Results.
- Conducting competitive research and market analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, leaders, and teams across the organization, communicating product updates and progress clearly and effectively.
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
- 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, data management, and automation tools.
- Experience with the full Salesforce CRM suite, including Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proven success launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- The ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in the healthcare technology industry is a plus.
