Job Description
Phone Administrator
Salary: $100-115K
Location: This is a remote position, however candidates must reside in the Detroit, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Phoenix, or Atlanta areas.
Our Client, an innovator in the financial space, is searching for a Phone Administrator to spearhead their Genesys phone system’s migration to the cloud.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Designing, developing, coding, debugging, testing, and implementing all aspects of the phone system (currently Genesys) including but not limited to multi-media call-routing, IVR, custom handlers, and reporting
- Providing daily technical support and maintenance for all call center applications
- Maintaining licenses for the telephony environment
- Working with 3rd party service providers to ensure that company is getting the services and support that it has been contracted to receive
- Identifying operational and infrastructure risks within the environment and working with business users to make corrections and mitigate risks
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- 4+ years of experience with Genesys phone system (Genesys Cloud preferred)
- Genesys phone certification(s)
- Experience with phone auto-dialers
- Ability to Design, develop, code, debug, and test all aspects of a phone system (including IVR, reporting, custom handlers, and multimedia call routing)
- Prior experience on a telephony cloud migration project (Genesys preferred)
