Summary
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead with strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise to lead performance testing and optimization for a cloud-native healthcare application. This role will define performance strategy, identify system bottlenecks, and ensure high application performance for critical user workflows while leading a team of Performance Engineers.

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead with strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise to lead performance testing and optimization for a cloud-native healthcare application. This role will define performance strategy, identify system bottlenecks, and ensure high application performance for critical user workflows while leading a team of Performance Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance testing strategy for GCP-based applications.
- Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Analyze performance across microservices, APIs, databases (including Cloud Spanner), and cloud infrastructure.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Performance Engineers.
- Partner with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to improve application performance.
- Present performance metrics and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
- 10+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience.
- Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), JMeter, or Gatling.
- Strong experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, APIs, and performance analysis.
- Experience with GCP observability and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience leading performance testing teams in enterprise environments, preferably healthcare or financial services.
