We are seeking a customer-focused Technical Customer Support Specialist to deliver friendly, empathetic, and professional support across email, phone, chat, and queue-based requests. In this role, you will help customers resolve technical, billing, and account-related issues while ensuring timely responses, accurate documentation, and adherence to service-level agreements.
What You’ll Do

Engage with customers using clear, plain language to understand and resolve technical issues with products

Respond to ~25 email and ~10 phone requests per day while managing individual queues and backlogs

Assist with billing, invoicing, subscriptions, account authorization, downloads, installations, extensions, crashes, and bug tracking

Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions across all support channels

Apply knowledge base resources effectively and escalate issues when appropriate

Follow communication and incident protocols and stay current on products, systems, and promotions
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in customer or technical support

Experience supporting customers via email, chat, and phone in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication, active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Technical proficiency with software applications, computer systems, and Google Workspace
-
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to remain professional under pressure

Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-office meetings
Nice to Have

Knowledge of 3D modeling, graphics processing, or energy performance

Background in Architecture, Engineering, Design, UX, or SaaS support

Experience with multiple operating systems and customer support tools
