What You’ll Do:

Handle support requests via phone, email, and chat

Assist with account setup and tech troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year in tech support or customer service

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

40+ WPM typing and attention to detail
