NetSuite Administrative Specialist

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Our client is seeking a NetSuite Administrative Specialist to support their inventory management and ERP operations. You will join a dynamic team responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity in shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. This role combines NetSuite ERP administration with hands-on inventory management, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional. This is a highly visible role within the organization, providing opportunities to drive process improvements, optimize system utilization, and collaborate across teams. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Managing and customizing NetSuite ERP systems to support shipping and receiving operations.
  • Generating detailed reports for inventory and warehouse performance to provide insights for inventory and procurement teams.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining system integrity for all inventory transactions.
  • Conducting regular inventory audits and ensuring stock replenishments align with company needs.
  • Physically counting and identifying parts to validate inventory records and ensure receivables integrity.
  • Collaborating with the materials handler to streamline materials movement and inventory tracking.
  • Monitoring and reconciling shipping and receiving discrepancies using NetSuite ERP.
  • Ensuring all shipping and receiving activities comply with company accounting standards.
  • Identifying and resolving gaps in inventory management and reporting processes.
  • Providing recommendations to enhance system utilization and operational efficiency.
