We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-impact, fast-paced product and technology environment. This is an opportunity to work on complex, customer-facing systems where integrations, payments, and cross-functional collaboration are critical to success.
This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and downstream technical teams to translate business needs into actionable, high-quality system requirements.
What You’ll Do

Analyze business requests and determine solutions leveraging automated systems and scalable technology platforms

Define system scope and objectives based on user needs, business processes, and industry standards

Elicit, document, and translate business and user requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications

Configure system settings and support business design activities

Partner with engineering teams on integrations and API-related requirements

Support and participate in integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Facilitate collaboration across Product Management, UX, Engineering, and external stakeholders
-
Proactively identify risks and remove roadblocks to ensure sprint and project success

Drive requirement quality to reduce rework, defects, and production issues
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, partnering with Scrum Masters and Product Managers to support sprint planning and execution
- 1-2 years of Business Analyst experienceÂ

Hands-on experience with JIRA/Atlassian tools and collaboration platforms such as Slack

Proven ability to troubleshoot and support system integrations and APIs

Experience in payment processing and/or Point-of-Sale (POS) environments

Candidates with exposure to both hardware and software integrations are highly preferred

Experience facilitating work across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong documentation skills with a focus on clarity, traceability, and reducing requirement rework

Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and defect management

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field OR

Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Product Management, or similar disciplines from accredited institutions
