Location: Boise Metro, ID (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a national technology organization to add an Implementation Consultant focused on SaaS and API-based integrations. This role supports clients through implementation and onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and strong adoption of new solutions. It’s ideal for a technically minded professional who enjoys guiding teams, managing timelines, and solving problems, without direct coding responsibilities.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Leading customer implementations and migrations to modern platform environments
- Supporting API-based integrations and ensure configuration accuracy
- Collaborating with development and client teams to address technical needs
- Managing project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
- Documenting processes and communicating updates clearly across stakeholders
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, systems integration, or technical consulting
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and SaaS platforms
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
