Location: Hybrid in Nashville, TN. If you are not currently local to Nashville, our client offers a relocation package for this role.
Our client is a leader in the rural lifestyle and agriculture industry! They are looking for a Human Resource Information System Manager to join their team that will be supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
Here's what you'll be doing:

Our client is a leader in the rural lifestyle and agriculture industry! They are looking for a Human Resource Information System Manager to join their team that will be supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Authorizing and overseeing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all software applications supporting the company's Human Resource Department
- Handling complex issues related to the Human Resources Information Systems (specifically SAP Success Factors)
- Managing direct reports
- 8+ years of managing and supporting large HRIS systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Kronos, ADP, etc.
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and modules (Timekeeping, Core HRIS, and Payroll)
- Experience with large-scale implementation and post-go live support as an HRIS Manager
- Large company, enterprise-level experience
- Experience managing large budgets/multi-million dollar budgets
- Experience with direct reports
