Our client is a leader in the rural lifestyle and agriculture industry! They are looking for a Human Resource Information System Manager to join their team that will be supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Authorizing and overseeing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all software applications supporting the company's Human Resource Department
Handling complex issues related to the Human Resources Information Systems (specifically SAP Success Factors)
Managing direct reports
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
8+ years of managing and supporting large HRIS systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Kronos, ADP, etc.
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and modules (Timekeeping, Core HRIS, and Payroll)
Experience with large-scale implementation and post-go live support as an HRIS Manager
Large company, enterprise-level experience
Experience managing large budgets/multi-million dollar budgets
