Pay: $110-120K
Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Director of Agency Sales to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance sales, a Property & Casualty license, and has managed teams.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Finding new business development opportunities and driving sales
Managing the Agency Sales managers (P&C)
Driving the growth of the insurance agency and assisting with creating new strategies and processes
Collaborating with the Marketing Team and leadership
Obtaining in-depth knowledge of all products and services
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
5+ years of insurance sales
Property and Casualty License
Experience managing sales leaders and teams
Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
U.S Citizens, Green Card Holders, and those authorized to work in the U.S for any employer will be considered.
