Our client in the fintech industry is looking for a Digital Lead to join their eCommerce team!

Location: This role will be primarily remote with occasional meetings in Atlanta, GA (Vinings). Candidates local to the state of Georgia are preferred. 

Role type: Permanent, Direct-Hire

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Leading A/B testing & personalization to optimize eCommerce growth.
  • Designing and implementing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization experiences using Adobe Target
  • Prioritizing A/B test roadmap & collaborating across teams
  • Analyzing results & recommending future optimization strategies
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • 3+ years A/B testing experience & Adobe Target expertise is required
  • 1+ year Adobe Analytics experience
  • Front-end dev skills (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Monetate Testing, SPAs, UX Design, Adobe Launch experience are all considered a plus
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
