Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Design and implement sophisticated ServiceNow workflows that replace manual interventions for Server Administration and Network Operations teams, significantly increasing operational speed.
- Execute end-to-end development tasks including custom scripting, business rules, UI actions, and web service integrations to create a seamless user experience.
- Lead the technical implementation of core ITIL modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Configuration Management (CMDB) to ensure organizational alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop custom dashboards, views, and reporting structures that provide leadership with real-time visibility into process performance and system health.
- Utilize Scrum/Agile methodologies to manage the project lifecycle, providing technical guidance to contract resources to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Here’s what our ideal candidate has:
- 3–6 years of professional experience specifically focused on ServiceNow development, with deep knowledge of System Definition, Transforms, and Content Management.
- Proficient in creating Business Rules, UI Forms, and utilizing Web Services to connect ServiceNow with external enterprise tools.
- A solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and the ability to translate these standards into functional technical workflows.
- Experience working within a Scrum SDLC environment, with the ability to manage a diverse workload and provide direction to external contributors.
