Job Description
Duration: 7+ months (Opportunity for extension/FTE)
Location: Hybrid – Must be Local to Phoenix, AZ 85012

Overview
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internal end users, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
- Acts as the face of IT, delivering strong customer service and hands-on technical support
- Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Installs, configures, and maintains end-user devices and environments
- Supports day-to-day IT operations with 100% hands-on technical work
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Desktop Support or IT Technician
- Proven Tier 1 and Tier 2 support experience
Preferred Skills
- IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
- Maven
- Active Directory and Azure AD
- Asset management experience
- Remote support for off-site users, including VPN, MFA, and remote desktop
