Our client in the data and security management industry is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team!

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Customer Onboarding: Guiding customers through the onboarding process. Providing training and resources for effective product/service usage.
  • Account Management: Understanding each customer's business goals and challenges and proactively monitoring accounts and addressing potential issues.
  • Customer Engagement: Gathering feedback and understanding evolving customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product offerings and features.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to management.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Middle-Market or Enterprise customers
  • Familiarity in the business intelligence and data/analytics space.
  • Experience in the IT healthcare industry or with healthcare focused clients is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required, technical or business focus preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Energy, creativity, and effective communication skills.
  • Passion for helping customers maximize benefits.
  • Brings curiosity and a willingness to try new approaches.
