About the Role:
Our client is seeking Customer Success Consultants to support a payments-focused product team. These roles focus on building trusted relationships, helping customers adopt and optimize solutions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. This is not a sales role, success comes from understanding customer needs and providing the right guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with customers and serving as a trusted advisor
- Supporting adoption and usage of cloud-based tools and reporting systems
- Consulting with customers to understand needs, address gaps, and identify solutions
- Partnering with internal teams to support client goals
- Tracking and communicating customer feedback to drive improvements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience (customer success, account management, or consulting)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Technical acumen to work within cloud-based tools (Azure, Power BI preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
