Compensation Program Manager

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA

Salary: $100k - $105k

Our innovative, industry-leading client in the agriculture technology space is looking for a Compensation Program Manager to join their team!

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Overseeing the company's reward programs.
  • Leading the administration of company reward plans.
  • Coaching employees on reward plan details.
  • Designing compensation packages and bonus programs that align with company programs.
  • Managing third-party administrator relationships to ensure consistent and quality service delivery.
  • Maintaining job grading, including drafting job descriptions and job analyses.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
Here's what our ideal candidate has: 
  • Knowledge of HRIS or payroll software.
  • A familiarity with labor legislation.
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
