Client Technology Support Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Portland, OR

Rate: $19/hour

Join a close-knit team at one of our top clients, as a technology client support specialist. Provide essential software product support and customer service for non-profit end users. This is a 1-year contract with potential for extension.

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Responding to inbound calls (30/day) and providing technical support and customer service.
  • Assisting clients with software-related inquiries
  • Handling complaints, identifying customer needs, and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining client accounts and events in software and CRM.

Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • Customer Service, Tech-Savvy, Ability to go onsite as needed.
  • 2+ years of software support experience. (not just reading from scripts, but helping users step-by-step)
  • Preferred: Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and non-profit or fundraising
  • HS Diploma or above

Schedule options:
  • Choose between shifts: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Monday to Friday with potential Saturday shifts.
  • 1-day on-site requirement in Portland, OR.
