Job Description

Business Intelligence Developer
Location: Fully Remote from Arizona
Type: 3-month Contract with Potential to Extend
Compensation: $55/hr W2

We are partnering with a premier public sector organization in Phoenix, AZ to find a skilled Business Intelligence Developer. In this role, you will modernize and elevate complex human capital analytics using cutting-edge data warehouse tools and reporting platforms. If you thrive on transforming intricate organizational datasets into clear, actionable executive insights, we want to hear from you.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Design, refine, and deploy high-impact visual dashboards and complex data models using modern BI toolsets.
  • Construct robust cloud data warehouse pipelines and optimize SQL queries to support critical workforce analytics.
  • Map and translate specialized administrative HR and financial enterprise systems into scalable business solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system data integrity, resolve integration bottlenecks, and partner closely with key operational stakeholders.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:
  • Proven track record building advanced DAX calculations, semantic structures, and interactive reports in Power BI.
  • Hands-on expertise managing cloud data architecture and writing complex SQL within a Snowflake ecosystem.
  • Direct background working with enterprise-level municipal or state-level ERP software architectures.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and leadership needs.
