We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst motivated by the opportunity to apply strong analytical thinking, data mining, and visualization techniques to achieve strategic goals. This role focuses on the core capabilities of breaking down business data, interpreting findings, and communicating insights through clear reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, providing clear visualizations and explanations of findings.

Use BI tools and data analytics software to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Write, execute, and analyze SQL queries to work with large volumes of data.

Create ad-hoc and standard SSRS reports to document results of data analysis.

Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data analysis needs and goals.

Develop, analyze, and evaluate business needs to improve workflow processes, troubleshoot BI tool problems, and tune for performance optimization and usability.

Ensure accuracy and validity of data sets and reports.

Organize data to identify logical outcomes, options, and solutions for addressing business problems.

Develop and maintain applications and automation scripts using Visual Basic (VB) to streamline reporting and data analysis tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with SQL and Excel.

Data analytics experience, including knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

Understanding of software development processes, including requirements analysis, testing, and problem resolution.

Proficiency using Windows environments, MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VB), and Google Suite applications.
