Business Systems Analyst – Digital Transformation
12 month Contract
Hybrid in Westminster, CO
Our client is a technology-driven organization undergoing a large-scale digital transformation to modernize and streamline its Operations function. As part of this initiative, multiple legacy platforms are being consolidated into a centralized CRM and ERP ecosystem to support an end-to-end operational lifecycle—from lead generation and opportunity management through quoting, contracting, provisioning, and beyond.
They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to play a critical role in this transformation. This position sits at the intersection of business strategy, systems design, and data modernization, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CPQ, quoting processes, and system migration. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in complex environments, translating real-world business needs into scalable system solutions, and helping teams successfully transition to new platforms.

They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to play a critical role in this transformation. This position sits at the intersection of business strategy, systems design, and data modernization, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CPQ, quoting processes, and system migration. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in complex environments, translating real-world business needs into scalable system solutions, and helping teams successfully transition to new platforms.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Lead discovery sessions to gather, document, and validate business requirements, including current-state and future-state process mapping
- Support the migration of multiple legacy systems into a unified Salesforce and Oracle-based architecture, ensuring data accuracy and process continuity
- Partner with business and technical teams to design scalable solutions across quoting, pricing, product configuration, contracting, and provisioning
- Drive Salesforce optimization and adoption through training, documentation, and continuous process improvement
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs while tracking progress and risks using Jira and agile practices
- 5–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce implementations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or advanced quoting, including products, pricing, contracts, and approvals
- Strong background in system and data migration, including pulling data, documenting workflows, and standardizing business processes
- Solid understanding of sales and revenue operations (lead-to-cash, order management, billing, provisioning)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
