We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a team focused on modernizing software testing through AI-powered automation. This role will help improve automated testing across web and mobile applications while partnering closely with developers to build faster, more reliable release cycles.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain automated UI and API test suites
- Build and enhance automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar technologies
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate test creation, scripting, debugging, and code reviews
- Support shift-left testing by integrating automation into the development lifecycle
- Execute automated testing through CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Partner with developers to improve software quality and reduce production defects
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and recommend improvements to automation processes
- Contribute to automation best practices and help expand test coverage across multiple applications
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Development in Test (SDET)
- Strong experience with one or more automation frameworks:
- Playwright
- Selenium
- Cypress
- Katalon
- Experience creating automated UI and API tests
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or another scripting language
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Experience using AI tools to improve software testing or automation workflows, including technologies such as:
- Windsurf
- GitHub Copilot
- Cursor
- Claude Code
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Katalon AI Assist
- Other AI coding assistants
- Experience testing REST APIs
- Experience with cloud applications or microservices
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or containerized applications
- Experience with Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, or similar cloud testing platforms
- 100% Remote
