Administrative Assistant

This position will report directly to Taylor Allen, Agile’ s Operations Manager and is responsible for running an efficient, smooth office by supporting the management team and staff with various administrative duties. You are the first impression for our company  and play an important role in how people experience the Agile brand.  

The Administrative Assistant will use  independent judgement to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload, recommend changes in office practices or procedures. They will also interface professionally with a wide variety of external callers/visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels within the organization and handle a wide range of sensitive, confidential information.

Here' s what you' ll be doing:
  • Assisting our Atlanta office with various duties such as:
    • Supporting the Operations Manager and President with operational tasks / other ad-hoc projects
    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings with internal and external contacts
    • Learning the onboarding process for new hires and serving as the backup for Onboarding Specialist as needed
    • Learning the job posting process and serving as the backup for the Operations Manager as needed
    • Vendor Management
    • Handling daily operations at the office as needed such as managing the main phone line, processing all mail and packages, greeting guests, keeping office stocked with office supplies, drinks, etc.
  • Assisting our Orlando office with various duties such as:
    • Supporting the VP, Southeast with operational tasks / other ad-hoc projects
    • Handling the onboarding for Orlando contractors
    • Assisting with payroll
    • Posting job ads
  • Supporting our corporate office as needed

Here' s what our ideal candidate has:
  • High School diploma (Degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency  with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to be proactive and flexible
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to collaborate and  support others with a cheerful disposition
