  • Excel - this position will primarily use excel to assist with organizing data and preparing journal entries
  • Detail oriented - this position and review lines of transactions. This role will be involved at a detailed transactional level and less of a high level
  • Flexible - We support 4 separate and distinct business areas and must switch between them throughout a normal workday

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assisting accounting associates with maintaining accounts and records in various general and/or cost accounting functions.
  • Collects and analyzes financial data, assists with invoicing, monthly status reports and closings.
  • Reviews and verifies transactions and journal entries.
  • Ensures procedures and internal controls are followed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives.
  • A degree in related fields of study or equivalent experience
