Our SaaS client is looking for a strategic Account Executive to join their team!
Here's what you'll be doing:
Identifying and engaging with potential customers in the non-profit sector. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to determine if our software aligns with their goals.
Sales Cycle Management:Driving the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure. Accurately forecasting pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Collaborating with technical experts to deliver compelling product demonstrations to diverse audiences, including executives, technical users, and non-technical users.
Tailoring product offerings to address specific customer needs and challenges, crafting persuasive presentations that resonate with decision-makers.
Conducting effective negotiations to secure favorable terms and drive successful deal closures.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to provide visibility into sales activities and progress.
Working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success is required.
Experience working with companies/clients in the non-profit sector or other associations
Experience with CRM platforms
Strong experience with net-new business and navigating new sales and new clients
Goal-oriented and growth mindset with a focus on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
Strong critical thinking skills for qualifying prospects and overcoming objections.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
